e-VERIFILE Launches New Service That Makes it Easy to Create Personnel ID Badges

ATLANTA- September 26th, 2007 – Building on the success of its On Demand and Custom risk assessment solutions, Atlanta-based e-VERIFILE.COM Inc, today launched e-ID– a convenient web-based solution that enables administrators to easily create customized badges for both personnel identification and facility access.

Often an organization’s employees, contractors, vendors and their personnel will have unrestricted access to important systems, facilities and sensitive materials. In these cases, the challenge of creating and issuing Access Control identification can be a costly and time-consuming chore.

e-ID streamlines the credentialing process via standardized badge templates that Administrators can easily customize online to meet their specific needs. Layouts can include corporate logo, company name, individual photos, address, and more. The service is easy-to use and can help create ID badges fast.

Use of e-ID requires a subscription to an e-VERIFILE powered website. Subscription is easy, and it’s FREE. As a subscriber, an organization can log-in to e-VERIFILE.COM at anytime from any PC. Once logged-in, the subscriber simply selects the e-ID option to begin setting up their ID Badge template. Once the template has been created, the badges can be individualized by entering personnel data and photos into the e-ID system or by using data already maintained in the subscriber’s account.
The subscriber can also order accessories such as badge enclosures, clips or armbands.

e-VERIFILE.COM manages the delivery of the badges and accessories via postal and/or overnight mail. Issuance of badges is electronically documented and available for review by subscribers online. e-ID can be further augmented by linking issuance of badges to comprehensive background checks which can also be conducted online via e-VERIFILE.COM.
